Privacy Policy

Last updated October 21, 2026

This page explains what information supremecleanersinc1.com collects, why, and who can see it. “We” means Supreme Cleaners Inc., 2015 N Brinton Ave. Dixon, IL 61021.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through our Request A Call Back form: your name and phone number, and, if you add them, your email, the best time to call, the service you need, whether it’s for a home or a business, your town or address, and your message.

We do not use advertising or visitor-tracking tools, and we do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for marketing.

How we use it and where it is kept

We use what you send only to call you back, give you an estimate and arrange your cleaning. When you send the form:

• it is emailed to our office at supremecleanersinc1@gmail.com (our email is hosted by Google), and
• a copy is saved in a private file on our web host’s server (SiteGround, in the United States), which visitors cannot reach. Only our staff can open it, with a password.

We keep requests as long as we need them for our customer records and the law, and delete those we no longer need.

Spam protection

Our form uses simple checks to tell people from automated spam. If we turn on Google reCAPTCHA for this, it loads only when you start filling in the form, and Google may collect information about your device and how you use the page, and may set cookies, under the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Maps and links to other sites

The Request A Call Back page shows a Google Map. When it loads, Google may receive information such as your IP address under its own privacy policy. Our Facebook, “Review Us” and certification links take you to those sites, which have their own policies; nothing is sent to them unless you click.

Cookies, your light or dark choice, and saving for offline use

This website does not set cookies of its own. If you switch between light and dark mode, your browser remembers that choice on your device. If you visit often or install the site as an app, your browser saves copies of our pages and pictures on your device so the site opens quickly, even offline. These copies stay on your device and you can clear them in your browser settings.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, unless we must keep it by law. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. Email supremecleanersinc1@gmail.com, call (815) 288-1644, or write to us at 2015 N Brinton Ave. Dixon, IL 61021.

Children

Our form is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
